Full Tilt Adventures

At some point in time, roughly two years ago, I began to play no-limit texas hold'em online. With the advice of some friends who had been playing poker for years, my game has come a long way. When I turned 21 last May, I even ventured to the Atlantic City casinos to play. Transitioning from playing online to live wasn't easy, but with lots of time and practice I've been able to find my poker face. However, being a college student means being broke and glued to my laptop and since heading down to Atlantic City when I wanted to play wasn't feasible I decided to stick with playing online. This past April, I have begun to take playing in multi-table tournaments online pretty seriously. In that time, I have had some pretty decent results. Anymore, they just aren't good enough for me. I have been playing very hard, running pretty deep in tournaments but in these past two weeks the final table seems completely unreachable. I'm getting pretty fed up with this 50th place crap, when I know I'm playing well. And in that sense I can't be terribly mad over my finishes. I'm still cashing after all. I just always want to win.
